A.	Unfortunately our system only works on Microsoft Windows.
Q.	When i try to download movie it asks me to "open" it or to "save" it. What to do?
A.	We recommend that you choose "save" because next time that you want to watch the movie you don`t have to download it again.
Q.	Which Operation Systems are currently supported?

Q.	I have downloaded my movie and tried to get it to play. Windows Media Player asks for my password and username and then says it needs to upgrade the player, at which point I say yes, and then it just sits there.
A.	These problems occur once in a while on some pc's. It helps when you download and install the latest player. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.aspx, After installing the file will play fine.
Q.	I`m Using Microsoft Windows Me and Internet Explorer 5.5 and i`m experiencing problems with downloading.
A.	In combination with ME and IExplorer 5.5 you only get the raw data in your browser instead of an option dialog. If you update Internet explorer to version 6 you shouldn't have a problem downloading.
