Ordering is very simple. Browse through our catalogue, select one or more products that you wish to order and but your order in the shopping cart. Once you have finished selecting products for your order, you click on 'checkout'. For more information you can contact us via e-mail or the contact page.
If you are looking for a specific title, and you can't find it right away? Use the search-option in the top left corner of your screen. After entering a keyword the results are displayed.

At Vidshop you can pay using one of these methods:
Via creditcard (Visa or MasterCard). You can enter your card details - through our secured SSL procedure - safely and we and your creditcard company will take care of the payment.
By Payment in advance. You can transfer the amount to our bank account. We will process the order once we have received the funds in our account. Please keep in mind that it will take approximately 5 days for a transfer to be processed. After this, the normal shipping times apply.
With Gift Certificates. As a regular customer, or if you subscribe to our newsletter, you might receive a Gift Certificate. To cash in your certificate(s) simply follow the instructions in the e-mail.
Note! Always pay your orders separately and always refer to your order number. Please do not add several orders up to pay everything at once.

Paying with your credit card at Vidshop is absolutely safe. We will make sure that your details are safely stored using Secure Socket Layers (SSL), an advanced security system used to protect your details on the internet. To ensure the safety of the ordering process, all your details (including name, address and credit card number) are stored on a secure server using a 256-bit encryption. These detailes are not sored on the website or the server. This way paying with your creditcard at Vidshop is absolutely safe!

All orders are packaged neutrally, it is impossible to see what is inside the package. Neither will the sender of the package or the name on your credit card bill be an indication to the nature of the product that you have ordered.
Your details are stored in your account. We will never give or sell these details to others, other then the companies that are involved in the delivery of your order. Vidshop.com (USA) respects the privacy of all her clients and will make sure that the personal details you provide us with will be handled with the utmost care. We appreciate the trust that we receive from our customers and we will always protect your personal details.

For the packaging and shipment of your order we ask for a small contribution. This is a fixed amount, regardless of the size of the order, or the number of shipments of an order. If, for instance, it occurs that a product that you've ordered is temporarily unavailable, your order will be sent without this product. If you still wish to receive the missing product, we ship it for free.

As soon as your order and payment have arrived we will ship your order within 48 hours, without any delay. If you have not received your order within 7 days, please let us know so we can take appropriate action.
It could occur that you do not receive all the ordered product in one shipment. If this is the case, we will only charge once for packaging- and transport costs; all the other products of your order will be delivered free of cost. If, for whatever reason, one of the product you have ordered is no longer available, we will always inform you by e-mail. You can decide if you wish to replace the product for something else, or if you wish a re-fund.
If Vidshop is not able to deliver your order within 30 days, you can cancel your order free of charge. This does not apply to previously agreed delivery terms for e.g. special orders.

We always try to ensure a swift delivery. If the agreed upon delivery term has passed, Vidshop is not in default until a written proof of default is issued wherein Vidshop is given a reasonable period of time to submit to the agreement.

2.1 The buyer is obligated to check the shipment immediately upon delivery. Reclamations based on faulty or unwanted goods have to be reported as soon as possible and in writing, by any means within 14 days after delivery or - if the case of invisible defects - within 21 days. The buyer can choose to have the product replaced or refunded.
2.2 The cost for returning the product have to be paid by the buyer.

At Vidshop we have a "No Nonsense-Warranty". If you experience any problems using our product, all you have to do is let us know what the problem is and we will take care of it!

The DSRs give consumers certain rights and protection when they shop for goods or services 'at a distance.' This law applies to these Terms and Conditions.:
Part of this law is the cancellation period. In short this means that you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days, counting from the day following delivery. In this case, the consumer only has to pay for the transport cost for returning the product; and the supplier has to refund the purchase in full. However, the product must be UNUSED, in original packaging and include all original accessories. If the consumer returns the product within the agreed period, the supplier must refund within 30 days. If the supplier has financed the product (for example by issuing a loan) the financing agreement will be disengaged by the supplier if the consumer uses the cancellation period. The cost billed by the finance company will be charged to the cunsumer.
